Buyer and Seller agree to the following conditions of sale:

Buyer Responsibility:

*A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD of good faith from the Buyer to secure (hold) a puppy until it is available for pickup.

*Deposit amounts are deducted from the total purchase price.

*Deposits can be made via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal or Cash. We do NOT accept checks or money orders.

*Buyers are required to pay 6% Kentucky Sales tax on the total purchase price of the puppy if they live in Kentucky or plan to pickup in the state.

*In the event that the puppy must be shipped an additional $500 (estimated) fee will be due 2 weeks prior to shipping. The fee will cover transportation cost, kennel, health certification and all necessary travel documentation.

Please Note: All funds must clear sellers account before the puppy/puppies can leave.

 

*If the buyer cannot or does not wish to complete the sale after deposit has been made they will forfeit the deposit.

*Deposits are NON-transferrable (you cannot switch puppies after deposit has been made).

*Deposits are NON-refundable

 

Sellers Responsibility:

*Seller reserves the right to refuse the sale and refund the deposit (less any fees incurred) at any time for any reason if they deem the buyer unfit.

*Seller will secure (hold) the above mentioned puppy for the buyer until it is available to leave.

*Once pickup has been scheduled the buyer has to pickup at that time or the following weekend. After that time the buyer will incur a boarding fee of $10 a day, plus $25 for additional vaccines (if needed) until the puppy is picked up.

*Seller will not hold the puppy for longer than 2 weeks after they have been released for pickup, if buyer fails to pickup the deposit will be forfeited.
